"Deep in their roots, all flowers keep the light" Theodore Roethke
As we move past the cold, dark months of winter, we feel the pulse of life quicken, the earth warm, and there is a sense of opening as we turn toward the sun. Nature makes this transition look effortless, but for us humans it's not always so easy to move gracefully from one season to the next. As we feel the call to emerge from the inward-travelling energies of winter, we also seek to remain connected to the light we have been nurturing within. Join us at our next Fascia Release + Yin + Acupuncture + Meditation + Food event as we navigate the balance between our inner and outer worlds.
A two-hour workshop incorporating fascial release, Yin Yoga and acupuncture followed by a simple, nourishing vegetarian dinner.
This event is co-hosted by Conor Ward of Aruma Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, who will be sharing his wisdom as well as performing root treatments on each yogi.
